I would recommend Karen without hesitation to anyone looking for a real estate agent that is a true partner in the process. Karen is very detail oriented. She does her due diligence prior to setting down with the client and continues to work for the client in every stage of the process as a partner and advisor with the client's best interest at heart. She has exceptional people skills and I found her always available, even at times/days that were not the most convenient. Finally, she is smart, both in the business sense and fundamental common sense. Negotiating real estate deals requires more than a license, it requires a passion. Let me first start by saying you need to work with Karen if you are buying or selling a home! She is amazing! Coming from a first-time home buyer, yes we were excited but had limited knowledge of the whole home-buying process and the current market situation. But Karen stepped in and helped my fiancé and me through the entire process step by step. She is very educated and makes sure you are as well about the whole home buying process and breaks the real estate terms down to something you understand. We told her what we were looking for, and she went over and beyond to find us our dream home in this very competitive market with have right now. She has wonderful communication, and personality, and overall is great to work with! Would highly recommend it. And when we go to resell and purchase again we will be working with her!
